Maritime Greenwich
Maritime Greenwich lies east of the City of London. It can be reached by the DLR -- the Docklands Light Rail. The DLR runs through the former Docklands, now one of the hottest business and residential districts. Greenwich contrasts the Docklands with historical buildings related to London's maritime history.
Cutty Sark Tower Bridge Grand Square
The Cutty Sark, one of the most famous British sail boats is docked in Greenwich. A Victorian pedestrian tunnel connects Maritime Greenwich with the other side of the Thames river. It also provides shelter for tourists during typical London weather... Maritime Greenwich is also the home of the old Naval Academy.
